2. Your personal data is processed in order to reply to the message sent to the e-mail addresses on the website www.wratislaviabiodiesel.pl
3. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR (legitimate interest - reply to the message).

5. The recipients of your personal data will be the employees of the Administrator, the entity managing the website, as well as entities authorized to receive data on the basis of the law.
6. Your personal data will be kept for the period necessary to reply to the message you sent, and after this period for the time when the law requires the data to be stored or the period of limitation of possible claims.
7. In relation to the processing of personal data, you have the following rights: the right to access the data, the right to rectify data, the right to delete data, the right to limit the processing of data, the right to raise objections.
You have the right to lodging a complaint when you feel that the data processing violates the provisions of the GDPR. The complaint should be submitted to the supervisor, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
